Had a root canal here. They were very accommodating and polite. I was able to next a next day appointment to address my tooth. They also stayed open late to check up on me after surgery. I appreciate it.

I recently had a root canal treatment with Dr. Choi at ENDO NW Bellevue, and it was truly an excellent experience. Dr. Choi is an outstanding endodontist, very professional, highly skilled, and also incredibly kind and patient. His assistant was wonderful, gentle, polite, and attentive, which made me feel very comfortable throughout the procedure. The front desk lady was also amazing, she was very polite, professional, and respectful, and patiently helped me with scheduling and even recommended some great dentists for crown work afterward. Another thing I really appreciated was their fair and transparent pricing, with everything explained clearly upfront. Overall, I felt very well cared for by the entire team. I highly recommend Dr. Choi and ENDO NW Bellevue to anyone who needs root canal treatment,you will be in excellent hands here.

I had a root canal procedure with Dr. Choi back in April, and it was a truly wonderful experience. When I called in the morning, in pain and needing urgent care, June at the front desk was incredibly accommodating and managed to fit me in the same day—I'm very grateful for her help. Despite the appointment being somewhat last-minute, Dr. Choi took the time to thoroughly explain my complicated situation. I had previously received a filling from another clinic that didn't resolve the issue, but Dr. Choi’s expertise and patience were impressive. Unlike other doctors, Dr. Choi genuinely cares about patient comfort. I remember testing the sensitivity of my teeth and experiencing significant pain from coldness; Dr. Choi promptly provided relief by gently touching the affected area. The follow-up appointment a few days later was also smooth and painless—I even fell asleep during the procedure! The results were evident from the post-procedure X-ray, which showed a perfectly done root canal. The cost was very reasonable, with only a modest out-of-pocket expense despite having average dental insurance. Exceptional experience with Dr Choi and his team. I came in with an emergency root canal appointment request and they were able to slot me in right away. Dr Choi's expertise was clear to be seen and his calm demeanor was reassuring. Highly recommend!

Dr. Kevin Choi is fantastic. Great staff too. I had a root canal done today which was a long process but Dr. Choi made the process much easier and little fun. The music was relaxing too. Thank you Dr. Choi for your help
